Shipping policy
Order Processing & Confirmation All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Important: Because we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service, our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before it is dispatched. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We deliver anywhere in Morocco. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Casablanca & Region: Delivery in 1 to 2 business days. Shipping fee: 25 MAD.
- Other Major Cities in Morocco: Delivery in 2 to 4 business days. Shipping fee: 30 MAD.
- Remote Areas: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping fee: 40 MAD.
The Cash on Delivery (COD) Process
- Our delivery partner will call you on the day of delivery to ensure you are available.
- Please ensure you are present at the provided address and have the exact cash amount ready to hand to the courier.
- For hygiene and security reasons, the courier cannot allow the package to be opened or the product (water bottle) to be tested before the payment is made.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message (SMS or WhatsApp) with your delivery details. Since local delivery services often communicate directly via phone, please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable.
Missed or Failed Deliveries Our delivery partner will make up to two (2) attempts to deliver your package. If you are unreachable or refuse the delivery without a valid reason after confirming it, your account may be flagged, and you may be restricted from using the Cash on Delivery option for future purchases on the nifTine store.
